Having started our business in 1965, Margell has
completed many diversified projects including: office buildings, libraries,
industrial buildings, pumping stations, production plants (from food products to
robotics), health clubs, air plane hangers, hazardous waste facilities,
pharmaceutical laboratories, production and packaging suites, computer rooms, and
specialty process projects.

Our various departments and personnel provide
excellence in key elements which, in turn, ensures the accuracy and timeliness of a project
resulting in its overall success. They include:

Our Estimating
Department, proficient in Design Build with budgeting/pricing
capabilities and bid specification pricing expertise, aid our client in fast
tracking small to medium size projects from inception to final product with
streamlining of design and procurement.
- All Margell Mechanical Project Managers are
‘Canadian Construction Association Gold Sealed Certified’. Ensuring schedules and
budgets are maintained and the administration of the project paperwork such as permit
application, shop drawing control, site inspection execution, change notice control and
building document, our Project Managers also facilitate the flow of clear and concise
communication between company owners and construction site.
- Site supervision personnel, both MESH and safety
trained, understand the vital science of job site coordination with other trades and job
sub-trades and have the necessary experience to ensure a smooth, organized and efficient
job site.
- Our Service
Department is available on a 24/7 basis. Our factory trained
technicians offer a high level of expertise in mechanical
systems installations as well as offering quick responses to all types of mechanical
service related issues. Furthermore, with our unique situation of our Service
personnel being conversant with our Construction Project Managers during a project, our
technicians, subsequently, are able to quickly troubleshoot any problems that may arise
in a mechanical installation leading to swift resolutions. We also offer service
maintenance programs on all new and
existing systems.
